Description

I made a sideboard from birch plywood for my first customer. The doors open by means of a push-to-open system. The furniture is located between a fireplace and a wall.

Work description: how did you realize your project

I first sawed the ordered panels to size (and in miter). I then prepared the lamello connections with a lamello cutter and milled out the doors for the concealed hinges. After that I glued the sideboard and put it together. While the glue was drying, I glued the strips onto the doors. To hang the shelf in, I made a row hole and mounted the cross plates for the hinges. When all the glue had dried, I hung in the doors and mounted the push-to-open system and checked whether everything worked properly. Finally I painted the sideboard and fitted the bottom with impact nuts for the legs and mounted them below.

Final size: What are the outer dimensions?

950x400x740 mm
