Make your own dining table from white birch plywood on an existing base, by Sylvana

With sawn sheet material ordered online, you can do many jobs yourself. Sylvana therefore decided to replace the table top and reuse the existing base. She has created a perfectly fitting table that fits well with her interior and can last for years to come. 

Description of Sylvana

A cool dining table made of a plywood plate! I wanted a table top that is child-friendly but also looks nice. I also love wood and this top fits really well with the legs I already own!

How I made this project

First I ordered a number of samples to get a good impression of the material and color. Based on these samples, I opted for white birch plywood. After contact with a very friendly employee, I finally decided to go for the 18 mm thickness and have 4 mm cut off at the bottom. Further sizes are 180 cm long and 85 cm wide. I already had the legs myself.
